Hard Drive not showing up?

When attempting to install Lions using this guide:

my hard drive does not show up when I am prompted to select where I want to install lion.

this is the hard drive that I have:

anyone have this problem before?

1st step in the Lion install, go to Dick Utilities and see if the disk shows there. If yes, make One Partition, (or whatever you need) and select Mac OS Extended Journaled, and GUID. If it's not there, use a disk tools disk, such as Gparted Live, or Hirem's Boot disk to reformat your drive, so Disk tools will "see" it. You can also format it from within Windows as FAT32 so your install/disk tools will see it for formatting.
