Yes I noticed. They also now seed the folders with some new EFIs. Regardless, I couldn't get it to boot.
I'm trying to build a new Mojave USB installer and I got farther. It has some verbose messaging I recall from the last time I couldn't boot.
Well that didn't last. I updated to Clover r5405. It not only didn't fix the Windows boot issue, it killed my Mojave, which freezes at that initial messaging with the + signs. (Start ProcessOptions to End RandomSeed.)
I'm trying to piece it back together in Windows but I can't find things like...
Thanks, it has worked for a couple restarts without FakeSMC, very quickly I might add. I also removed CodecCommander because I never fully configured it and there were some messages about it in previous boot failures.
Now I just have to figure out why the machine boots into Windows boot manager...
I have had a working Mojave 10.14.5 system running since March. Recently it has been more and more reluctant to boot, but eventually it does boot. Finally, I updated to 10.14.6, and it booted fine the next few restarts. Then it went completely off the rails and just would not boot last night...
Mine is about five months old now. Here's an update on my Z370 Aorus Gaming 7 running 10.14.5.
I always get kernel panics when cold booting after shut down. I have to boot into Windows, let it simmer, then restart and boot into Mac OS. I think my HP EX920 boot drive needs to be warmed up beyond...

I was unhappy at how much heat and fan noise the 590 made. I used the Radeon WattMan software in Windows to undervolt it and that reduced peak temperature considerably when running the Unigine Superposition benchmark.
I don't push the GPU on the Mac side at the moment, but when I do, is there...
Neither darkwake=8 nor the CodecCommander kext are helping with Mojave 14.4. I still have no audio after waking from sleep. I've also tried the headphone jack instead of the line out. And just for giggles, I also tried the optical out.
Curiously, audio through HDMI to the monitor speakers does...
OK, I'm at the end of self-help and it's time to reach out for a lifeline. I've got "Wi-Fi: No hardware installed" in the Mojave 14.4 menu bar but the card is working on the Windows 10 boot. Here it is in DPCIManager:
Hardware as in profile, TP Link Archer T6E in PCIEX1_1 slot, nothing shared...
Is there any chance that setting your desired 1440p resolution as Clover's "Gui" "screen resolution" will carry over into the Mac OS boot? Worth a try.
Does anybody else with this hardware combo have a mouse pointer often frozen upon boot? My USB configuration is borrowed from @jb007 via this post. It has occurred with all other USB configurations I've tried, with all USB ports I've tried (mainly in the back panel).
The mouse is a Corsair M65...
Other hardware is not present (e.g., Wi-Fi) or not relevant.
First the BIOS. F11 and F12 both worked. Load optimized defaults first, then change as follows.
(I have since disabled AC BACK but it doesn't matter for basic compatibility.)
When running the Windows installer, I disabled...
