I've got 10.8 installed, but it will not boot without the following:
GraphicsEnabler=No npci=0x3000 PCIRootUID=0
I've booted in verbos mode a few times, but it hangs on different things every time - nothing too consistently.
I've tried placing all three of these strings within the boot...

i've got a x79 sabertooth MB and a MSI GTX680, i've followed instructions perfectly yet have not been able to boot.
Has anyone with a x79 MB and a GTX6xx been able to figure things out?
I can see the boot drive properly and revealed all hidden files through some stuff in terminal, however i haven't run chimera. After installing it (chimera) last time, the OS wouldn't boot. Is chimera really necessary?
I seriously can't find the Extra folder within Macintosh HD. I need to edit Extra/com.apple.Boot.plist for full resolution graphics, but have zero idea where it could be??

yup using -f option, but still hangs at PowerManagement.
And the image you posted doesn't look like it's from an Asus Sabertooth x58, or it's just a previous BIOS version. I even searched HPET within the PDF user manual and it could even find any mention of it.
