Edit:
I was unable to use your aml, but instead I created a custom power play table and injected it into device properties with great results.
I am using RADEON RX 5700 8G with flashed bios to 5700 XT
1. Find out PCI device path using Hackintool
2. Generate power play table using...
for what it's worth, I had problems after upgrading to 10.15.5, I tracked it down to the `slide=0` bootflag - with this I was not able to successfully boot into macOS because it produced a black screen. If you are also facing this problem with a Navi GPU, try removing the flag.
I have a dual boot system.
1. macOS Mojave
2. Windows 10
After I have booted into macOS the next time the machine restarts the UEFI boot option for clover has disappeared. I have to manually boot from a USB to add it back using the shell, or just continue to boot from a USB. Are there any...
I also noticed a crackling / inconsistent audio after installing windows 10, took me a little longer than I would have liked to have realised that was the reason for it breaking ... hopefully the below will help somebody.
Not quite sure how you removed this, but I did the following which...
You're using a Radeon graphics, it's worth referring to this post to ensure you have the correct kexts: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/radeon-compatibility-guide-ati-amd-graphics-cards.171291/
Your problem sounds similar to the one on this thread here, have you had any luck following the...
Do you have RadeonDeinit in your clover.plist?
<key>Graphics</key>
<dict>
<key>RadeonDeInit</key>
<true/>
If not, can you please post your plist and the verbose boot log for a failed launch?
Thanks, appreciate the advice ... will take a look at the coffeelake CPU’s, as well as other higher core’d CPUs - can I ask why you suggest I wouldn’t feel the power of the 7700k?
It's a problem with the NVIDIA drivers for 10.13.3 (156/157)! If you install the 10.13.2 drivers (106) using the backwards compatible tool linked below, then everything goes back to normal. No Lag.
Driver versions can be found here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/nvidia-drivers/

High Sierra seems very slow ... changing tabs, opening windows, showing/hiding the dock, etc.
I have now patched ACPI and used Toleda's native power management tutorial and refreshed kexts and it _seems_ to have restored some power but there is still noticeable lag!
What is the mounted volume called? mount using diskutil worked for me (same audio needed)
$ diskutil list # figure out which disk to mount
$ diskutil mount /dev/disk1s1 # mount the EFI partition
Then run your script. You will likely need an ACPI patch too, I did...
Can you please help by posting information needed and listed in the sticky at the top of the page.
To quote toledo:
See II. Problem Reporting, Post #1, No Audio Devices - Realtek ALC AppleHDA. Post to thread linked.
I think I upload the wrong config.plist (I was trying anything!) - I have no boot arguments apart from dart=0 anymore - I have got my SMBIOS set to iMac 14,2.
Update: Got it working, Installed NVIDIA web drivers, enabled the new Sierra clover option and followed the last step in slim.jim's...
Hi,
I installed macOS Sierra, the installation was fine minus a few hiccups.
I have the following setup:
- Gigabyte Z170X-UD5 TH
- Intel i5 6500
- NVIDIA Strix GTX 960 2GB
After installing the WebDrivers and enabling the web drivers using the new clover method:
<key>NvidiaWeb</key>...
I have already got El Capitan installed and am unable to download, I have got Sierra but will just have to wait until Unibeast is available (unless anyone has any ideas - which would be greatly appreciated)
