Got it. Out of general curiosity, why no EVGA support? I feel like generally they make some of the higher quality hardware.

On the buyers guide, it specs the audio hardware, video outputs, and network hardware. E.g. for a given motherboard it'll say something like, Is there a directory somewhere of which of those items will work, ideally listed as OOB, with effort, not at all? If so, where? Or, if they're listed...

Motherboard you might as well start with a 270, if you're going kaby lake. Kaby late in general is a bit of a PITA currently, but doable. 1080 won't work now, may never.
