yes i have... it was working at first install but somewhere along the way installing other stuff is seems to have stopped.. think i am going to have to do a clean install again to be honest !

I don't have nv_disable ticked and I've checked it's not there on boot Args in clovers boot options when booting. I have just tried using my mobos onboard graphics and I have the same problem so looks like the problem isn't just the graphics card :/

i have installed one kext i can't remember what it was.. it was from this site in order to try and fix the graphics i believe but it hasn't obviously !

yeah i thought not, i just didn't know how to do it so thought id try typing in boot args... and yes i have the drivers installed..

got it, thanks one last question, where do i save the file. i have read that using clover i need to save the file in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/PATCHED is that right? there is an ssdt file in that folder ? thanks again

i have copied the 8 series link into maciasl preferences and i have the same error still showing after trying to compile.. i have attached a screen shot of the links i currently have could it be any of those that are causing it? also attached updated dsdt thank you
