Updated via App Store with no issues. Audio (customized kext) survived, I just had to re apply the AGDP.fix. Edit: I checked for the new Nvidia drivers and nothing, few minutes later an updated was realeased and now I have the new Nvidia web drivers with 10.11.6 :).

My problem was that I wasn't injecting realtekALC.kext correctly, I didin't know how to it and I tried just putting it to EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other and IT'S WORKING. But I don't have 5.1 Audio just 2.1. Is there any way I can output 5.1? just for movies and stuff like that

I was doing it wrong, I ignored PathMap and I was editing something else. However, I did all the guide point by point and when I injected kext after reboot I hadn't any sound :(. I rebuild the cache but I have no sound.

Why you used third party SATA drives? I have the B150.HD3 without thunderbolt and I didn't need that fix.

I can now boot with both HD 530 and GTX 650 (the Clover fix for boot with Nvidia GPU's on iMac 17,1 didn't work anymore so I Used AGDPfix.app and it's working) But I still don't have QuickSync nor the Airplay Icon. I tried using HD 530 as headless but it doesn't work either.
