So I switched my system definitions to mac pro 3.1 and everything works fine. I was using iMac 14.2
not happy about it but everything seems to work fine again.
Any thoughts>?
I gave up on using audio out of the cards a while ago. I use a usb soundblaster play 2 dongle and save myself enough headaches. Try and find the club3d adapter. Im in Canada and i was able to grab one. Worked like a charm.
get the club3d adapter. Worked for me on a 4k 60z lgub8000 Tv. I tried for a year and that thing finally worked.
Does your card have display port and does your tv and card support hdmi 2.0?
Right now i use the display port to power a 40" Lg 4k Tv @ 60z with the club 3d adapter, I use cdmi to power the monitor. I used to use two GTX 970's and both display ports on each card worked. I took one out because i fun that final cup pro crashed a lot. Since switching to one card it seems fine.
thats a tough problem, I have a gtx 970 and use 1 LG UB8000 4k tv and a 4K AOC 28" at the same time using display port to hdmi 2.0 and diplsyport to display port.
I used a club 3d adapter and that worked fab after a year of pixel clock patching and other things. I did NOT have to try and run the script either to get it to work. Just make sure overscan is enabled.
I did NOT have to run the pixel clock patch here. Just make sure you toggle the overscan option. Also of note is that im using 2x msi gtx 970's and that im using both cards. Each card drives a seperate display thru the DisplayPort.
Regardless the club3d adapter worked for me.
Well after over a year of battle in the hdmi trench i can report success.
I picked up a club 3d Displayport 1.2 to HDMI Adapter, Downgraded to 10.10.5, ran the pixel clock patch
and voila 4k @ 60hz. Im powering 2 monitors from 2x GTX 970's (MSI) I would have liked to rock El Capitan but i...
Anyone test out the club 3d or acctell? adapters that go from display port to HDMI 2.0?
I still can't seem to get 4k @ 60hz and i have tried to unlock the pixel clock patch but sadly i cannot figure out how to boot to recovery.
Anyways anybody have any luck?
