You need to remove the old AMD driver for RX580 in Windows 10/11, restart the computer in Windows 10/11, and then install the driver for RX570. AMD driver is a bit difficult to remove manually in Windows 10/11. Use AMD's driver cleanup utility to remove the old RX580 driver:
