You need to remove the old AMD driver for RX580 in Windows 10/11, restart the computer in Windows 10/11, and then install the driver for RX570. AMD driver is a bit difficult to remove manually in Windows 10/11. Use AMD's driver cleanup utility to remove the old RX580 driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601, and also use AMD's driver installer to automatically detect and install RX570 driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support.
