Is it possible for both of my HDMI ports to have audio?

I have a odd problem. I have two HDMI ports, without "FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext" installed, one port can output audio, but after I installed "FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext", both ports don't have audio any more.

Hi, My hack works fine except that CPU runs at high frequency after sleep. Before that, CPU powermanagement seems to be good, it fluctuates between 0.8GHz to 3.6 GHz. I was following the guide([Guide] Native Power Management for Laptops | tonymacx86.com) by Rehabman, don't know what to do now...

Trying to apply the 10.13.1 update, oddly I found that every time I reboot my hack, the modified "com.apple.Boot.plist" went back to unmodified, any thoughts?

Try install Lilu.kext and IntelGraphicsFixup.kext.

My hackintosh(HD4600) also seems not as smooth and responsive as a real mac is.
