Sorry for the late answer. I did not find a permanent solution yet. Tried a lot of different kexts but nothing helped. Now just using a cheap external sound card
The most simple solution is to make a clean instal of Sierra and install the correct!!! kexts using multibeast. It is possible to remove the installed kexts yourself, but it usually is just as easy to reinstall the OS, just to be sure they are gone.

Im having the exact same issue when trying to install OS X El Capitan on my MSI gs60 ghost pro.
My processor is the i7 4710hq, gpu is a gtx970m which i have disabled.
In the attachment is a screenshot from it in verbose mode, just before the unwanted reboot.
