Problem solved! I found a damn '.metadata_never_index' file has been somehow created under root folder after updating. Don't know why but that's the reason stopping HD indexing. After removing it all OK now.

After updated to 10.12.6 yesterday, I noticed that search function doesn't work anymore on my Fusion drive, either in Finder or Spotlight! Only normal HD volumes OK. Anyone has the same problem?

Updated from App Store without any issue.

Hi, In your case, did you boot 10.11 from your Fusion Drive and run Sierra installer on it? If so, any Boot Installer option after restarting?

To clarify, my 10.11.6 WAS booted by Clover r3763. But after very 1st part of Sierra installation and restarting, under r3763, Boot Installer option to no show!

You are welcome! I use the OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi from r3320. Looks like it works with r3726 but not with r3763. Now I'm in macOS Sierra!:-) At least we know r3726 works!

Ok, I solved this 'stuck at a row of +++++++' problem by adding OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi into \EFI\CLOVER\drivers64UEFI folder, which is absent in r3763. Clover started booting but automatically restarted half way of progress bar. Then I degraded Clover to r3726 and successfully booted into...
