I see the one in the DSDT database was outdated so I created an updated DSDT file for GA-H61M-D2-B3 F10. This new BIOS update enabled support for Ivy Bridge CPUs so having a updated DSDT doesn't definitely hurt.

Snow Leopard is supported from a Core Duo. You need a patched kernel for it on unsupported hardware. That link you provided is for Leopard, not Snow Leopard.
Also the Integrated Graphics card is unsupported on Snow Leopard. It won't work.
