I'm having the same issues, but it was working properly on 10.10.1 (chimera). Then I switched to clover and 10.10.2 and now it's displaying GPU as Unknown. Any Tips?

Yes, the latest Nvidia Web Driver - 343.02.01f01 - enabled HDMI but limited to 1080P. DVI - HDMI works but limited to 4k 30hz. The previous Nvidia Web Driver - 343.01.02f03 - HDMI port did not work. DVI - HDMI had 4k60Hz. Tested that in 10.10.1 with GTX 980 in LG 49UB8500.
