hd530 random garbled screen El Capitan 10.11.6

Hello everyone,

I just setup my pro tools hack after an ssd failure, but I can't use it for more than 30 minutes without the screen going garbles, and sometimes it does comeback, sometimes it won't. Computer can't sleep either.
Z170x-gaming 7 - Bios F22i
6700K
intel HD530


I'm using whatevergreen + lilu, Imac 17,1.
I attached my EFI and my Library/Extensions folder.

If I read the whatevergreen correctly, I don't need "AAPL,GfxYTile” patch in clover. Who can help me out in here?
