You gonna need a picopsu and an atom or small compatible laptop board to get it going otherwise your pretty much out of luck cause a mini itx wont fit in the mac mini case as far as I know.
Just change your system definition it probably is reading that you have a 3-4 year old mac mini or something, all you have to do is use multibeast and change the smbios through selecting a newer system definition.
If this doesn't work then I would have to say you don't have much of an option...

Only part in question id the motherboard all other parts should work.
Edit: Your graphics card will not work in ML but will work in Lion I believe.
Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO, it barely fits in the case and on the motherboard but damn, for an mini ITX i am constantly hovering in at around 26-27 C which for me was a big just from the 45 I was getting with the stock fan, The Bitfenix prodigy is perfect fit for this cooler. Only about a cm...
Install chimera onto a new partition, this issue is probably due to the mac partition or your bios, just set aside a new partition and it should work, report back if it does.
Not without significant modding to the case, your problem is the micro ATX, so unless you want to go the neilhart direction, you cannot fit that motherboard into that case, everything else in the build will fit.
I have never over-clocked but what I assume you are trying to do is take advantage of the turbo capabilities of this chip, for that to happen you do need to use an i5 SSDT I believe. Like I have said I haven't yet over-clocked but plan to when I upgrade and I don't know much about MSRDumper...
