Wasn't that what I just did or am I missing somethign ?:) I installed it on top of the existing OS (big sur). Chose the disk called "MacOS" (not MacOS - Data).

Hi. I copied my EFI to a USB stick and updated opencore etc. Then I updated macos from big sur to monterey. Now when I log in to monterey, I am begin locked out stragith away again. The first time I logged in, it said that there was a problem with my apple id and asked me to type my password...

Hi. Running Big Sur 11.6.7. Need a new GPU that supports displayport and should be fast enough for me to game on it as well (gaming via a windows partition). Been looking at the AMD RX6600 (non XT). Is it supported out of the box on my OS? Thanks

No never installed them. Can't figure out what is wrong. @Edhawk in post 16, I posted my config.plist. If you feel like it, you are more than welcome to look through it and see if something is weird. Thanks a lot! :)

Deleted framebuffer-patch-enable and framebuffer-stolenmem Disabled forevergreen and reset nvram. Then computer would not boot. Stalled mid way through the progress bar. Both with my old gt710 card and the quadro k2000 card. Booted again with a usb key with good config plist and edit reverted...
