my Mac is updated to Big Sur latest version 11.6.1 while I'm trying to update to Monterey when I go to the App Store I can see macOS Monterey utilities GET when I press get then I get the message: macos monterey update not found the requested version of macos is not available. any fix for that?
Dean, thanks so much for your suggestion copying only the contents inside the EFI folder of the USB to the EFI of the hardisk it helped, I also deleted the install macOS Big Sur from the USB and it worked. although I can boot to Big Sur only with the help of the usb when I turn on the computer...
Dean, thanks again for your reply, did you mount and deleted the EFI from Hardisk then mounted and copy the EFI from the USB to the EFI of the hardisk and you can boot from the hardcore of your hardisk and see the boot menu and boot into big Sur with no issues without the need of the USB...

I successfully installed Big Sur after installation using opencore I copied the EFI of the USB to the EFI of the hardisk
But big Sur will not boot from the hardisk only with the help of the USB, is there a way to configure to be able to boot Big sure without the help of the USB?
