my Mac is updated to Big Sur latest version 11.6.1 while I'm trying to update to Monterey when I go to the App Store I can see macOS Monterey utilities GET when I press get then I get the message: macos monterey update not found the requested version of macos is not available. any fix for that?

You could try this in Terminal:
Bash:
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 12.0.1

If successful, you would then need to click the installer manually to start the upgrade.

Look for SystemProductName in config.plist.

You will also need to add CPU details to your profile otherwise it's difficult for anyone to help.

Cheers.

Thanks.

Your CPU:- About This Mac -> Overview -> Processor ...
The actual model number would also be helpful.

Cheers.
