Mine works OOB. Primary monitor connected through Display Port and TV connected through HDMI. But I don't have HDMI audio.

You can make them available by patching DSDT. You need IRQ HPET patch, to be more exact. It's in PJALM's repo. But you may stumble upon same bug as me with sleep breaking. So, if you are still here, some feedback are really appreciated.
