I gave up all fights to have Win 7 UEFI as the only app I use on Win is WOT :) I deleted partition with Win 7, created new with MAC filesystem. Boot using EFI from Win 8 instalation CD and installed Win 8. All works as a charm :) Thanks to everybody for all great write ups and help Regards Piotr
