What seems strange to me, is that your screen isn´t showing anything. When I did the screen replacement and restarted the machine the first time, I had a similar picture, but I saw the the text doubled and the mouse cursor was also doubled.
Maybe you could try the DSDT method which I described...
I´m sorry, but I can´t provide that anymore. I sold my Probook last year and as far as I remember, I didn´t take photos of the procedure. Maybe someone can provide them?

You don´t need a specific DSDT or something, since the Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H is working out of the box with OSX.

The seller stated the word "compatible". This always means that it is just similar screen of mostly cheaper quality and other brand.
As some sellers don´t write the word "compatible" in the description I would always recommend to ask the seller before you buy the screen.
I think he used MS Paint or something similar and made a black background. When he´s moving the mouse slowly now he has some red shine after the cursor.
