Did you try the broadcom kext while keeping 80211? If your card isn't in the kext I posted in op then it probably won't work, you could google for 'prasys broadcom rebranding' and try to follow that. I have seen some people still not have working wireless after following that fairly long guide...

hellarda why do you use legacy kernel with your sandy bridge? if you're trying to install 10.6.8 use that kernel, if 10.7 use his. also you will need GenerateCStates & GeneratePStates enabled in chimera.
