750Ti not recognised without manual flag

I set the nvda_drv=1 flag with Clover Configurator so I don't think it's a syntax issue. I haven't manually edited the config file at all.

750Ti not recognised without manual flag

My motherboard is a Gigabyte H67N so I am dealing with the Legacy root Clover installer from this page: http://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/el-capitan-post-install-tools.294/ I updated my 100% working 10.10.5 machine to 10.11.5. Everything is good except that despite having nvda_drv=1 in...

Second HDMI just stopped working. Mavericks, GA-H67N, i7-3770K, HD 4000.

I did select the mixed system patch. Everything was working fine since I installed Mavericks. Then one day it just stopped working. With both displays connected, System Preferences > Displays > Gather Windows shows that the Panasonic TV is recognised and I'm able to change the resolution etc...

Second HDMI just stopped working. Mavericks, GA-H67N, i7-3770K, HD 4000.

I've been happily using both HDMI ports in Lion, then Mountain Lion, then Mavericks. One for my Dell monitor and one for a Panasonic TV. Now whichever display I connect to the "top" HDMI port (next to the VGA port) displays a black screen. The computer recognises that a second display is...

HD4000 "No Kext Loaded" no matter what I try. I feel like chucking it out the window and buying a Ma

IT WORKS!! I created a new Unibeast drive and put the patched tonymac DSDT in the Extras folder. Installed Mavericks from fresh again with absolutely zero trouble. Everything seems to be running ok. I've been going crazy over this all weekend, and I'm soooo relieved it's finally working. I...

HD4000 "No Kext Loaded" no matter what I try. I feel like chucking it out the window and buying a Ma

Ok I'm still on this. I put the DSDT on the Unibeast drive. How can I restore the moved kext files on that drive?

HD4000 "No Kext Loaded" no matter what I try. I feel like chucking it out the window and buying a Ma

I did move the files on the USB. I wasn't sure how to put the DSDT file into the Extra folder without being at the Desktop. Can I do that on my MacBook? I had a look at the Package on the USB but I can't figure out where the folder is. I'd prefer to do the whole thing as you suggested, without...

HD4000 "No Kext Loaded" no matter what I try. I feel like chucking it out the window and buying a Ma

Ok so after a fresh install, first I tried to create a DSDT of my own, with errors fixed and the patch applied. No boot. Next I tried patching the tonymac file: DSDT-GA-H67N-USB3-B3-F9-HDMI.aml Still no dice. Would it help if I show you the log and a screenshot again, or have I messed...

HD4000 "No Kext Loaded" no matter what I try. I feel like chucking it out the window and buying a Ma

Ok thank you - I am going to attempt your preferred option :) I am so close to giving up but that would just mean I totally wasted an entire weekend. Might as well give it one last go. Thank you so much for your help. I'll report back here with the results!

HD4000 "No Kext Loaded" no matter what I try. I feel like chucking it out the window and buying a Ma

I have actually tried 3 fresh installs already. The trouble is I can't even access the installer without doing this on the USB disk: Boot -s. When you see the prompt "root:", then: Type: mount -uw / Type: cd /System/Library/Extensions Type: mkdir intel_back Type: mv AppleIntelHD* AppleIntelF*...

HD4000 "No Kext Loaded" no matter what I try. I feel like chucking it out the window and buying a Ma

Ah yeah the USB was in when I booted that time but the system boots fine without it. I am currently typing this from a clean boot from my SSD. Booting with -f flag caused boot to hang. I rebooted with -f -v and it stopped here: ****...
