You're using clover, right? If yes try the option "SlpSmiAtWake" under "Acpi" within Clover Configurator. If you're also facing problems with shutdown try to tick "FixShutdown", also under "Acpi".

Just to know. Which MaciASL version are you using? There're are at the moment different versions "running" around in the net and some create bugs (like MaciASL 1.4 (269) with compiler version 20140926 - compiler version you can find under MaciASL => Preferences => iASL)...
Just for information. There's another Lan-driver available on the other english hackintosh forum (insan...) from the user Mieze. This driver is called IntelMausiEthernet and runs rock solid on the Z87MX-D3H. The other intel drivers which are available via MB are more or less crap. I've tested...

Mine shows me 1024MB (Intel HD Graphics HD4600 1024MB) with iMac 14.3. I believe that it was 1536MB some weeks/days ago.
