A few days have passed. I received a new Mainboard (changed to Z77N-wifi). After installing Mavericks the sound is working (yeah!). Temperature are a better, too. Still hot after 20' stress test, 4 cores at 3,1GHz. Now also inside: 500GB 2,5" HDD. I had to "play around" a little bit in the UEFI...

So the sound chip onboard ist damaged...that's...:thumbdown:
