Solution was to use another bluetooth device to test. Apparently my iPhone 8 running 16.7.4 was too stupid to pair with Ventura. The mapping to "Internal" probabaly fixed it in the first place.

There are other people with different motherboard manufacturers but the common theme is multiple monitors using an HD 4600 on board chip for the displays, and at least one HDMI connection. Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.

Do the BCM94360CS2 desktop cards work in Catalina? The BCM4360 based card I currently have does not.

Is this caused by a kernel panic and if it is what is the text of the panic?

If this is a stupid question forgive me, but why are the vast majority of folks on this site shelling out $300+ dollars for the latest NVIDIA graphics cards when most people have perfectly capable integrated graphics in their i5 and i7 CPUs? Do most people dual boot and are heavy duty gamers...

I have a similar board and had the same issue. After doing some research I resolved it. Two key things I had to do: 1. Drop DMAR and MATS tables. 2. Change the BooterConfig and CsrActiveConfig as shown. This got me past the Apple logo and able to install. Hope this works for you guys.

Try removing your Nvidia card or disabling the internal GPU in the BIOS.
