OS X support Intel HD Graphics 3000. However OS X is no hope to support AMD Radeon HD 7000 Series (no Mac use it).
In this case you can only plug in your video cable to your motherboard in order to use Intel HD Graphics. Before doing this, enable both GPUs (or only the HD 3000) in your UEFI/Bios.
Try to use this kext:
AppleIntelPIIXATA2.kext.zip
Install this kext in /Extra/Extensions/ and rebuild /Extra/Extensions.mkext by using Kext Wizard after installation. :)
