Hey,

Where about in the settings do you find out which bit my system is running on. All my hardware is compatible with 64 but I want to find out which kexts i have installed and what is running.

Thanks
Prem.

Open Activity Monitor. If you find "kernel_task" is shown as "Intel (64 bit)" in "Kind" column , then Lion is running in 64 bit mode. If it is shown as "Intel", then your Lion is running in 32 bit mode.

Chimera and Chameleon is automatically boot into Lion with 64 bit mode in default. If you find your boot loader is booting Lion with 32 bits mode in default, check org.chameleon.Boot.plist in /Extra/ is there a flag "arch=i386".
