In EFI>Clover>Plist yr config is probably set to iMac e.g. 13.2 or 14.2; change it into Mac Pro e.g. 5.1; maybe 6.1. If Thrust, set to True. This worked for me; good luck!
Asus P5K Q8200 mem 4GB Asus Nvidia EN210;
in bios SATA config [AHCI] settings [HD] correctly identified: HD however not seen by Mac OS disk utility/legacy-installer HS. Impossible to get -v verbose.
Has anybody encountered/solved this problem? Kindly advise solution; help will be highly appreciated.
-I do hope you h’ve got a second machine either Macintosh or Mac; connect yr USB stick and use Unibeast to install MacHS.
-On yr mac download Clover Configurator(Vibrant Edition)4.60.1.0 Clover Configurator (Vibrant Edition), open, select SMBIOS, in this window aside the interrogation mark find...
Acc to my crash-screenshot, the crash was cpu-related; the initial 10.12.3 installer identified the machine as a late '13 iMac14,2 meaning e.g. a "Haswell" Quad Core 3.4 GHz Intel "Core i5" (4670). As the machine is equipped with a Quad Core 3.1 GHz Intel "Core i5" I5-2500 Sandy Bridge...
ref: "Try setting FixHPET_0010 to enabled/true": done as instructed;
ref: "SMBIOS->Trust=true" in EFI/EFI/Clover/Config.plist: got a warning,
result still the same.

Without being sure i think it is the same kernel panic with one difference: (in Verbose Mode, scrolled down and select Return or Esc)
-HPET enabled: the bar stops and no Verbose screen produced;
-HPET disabled: the bar stops at the same progress, Verbose screen produced as above and back to...
Tks; In cloverscreen>spacebar>Verbose mode=-v selected>esc>enter selected disc unfortunately no verbose on screen (Itried this before); after this I “repaired” with disc utility: no difference;

Salut Brebo, tks yr reaction; In the above described situation, after –v screen bios came up again; with HPET enabled the progress strip stops at nearly 70% and remains stuck; I didn’t find an option to set to 64bit but in bios utility>main> it is specified in grey: Bios 4601 x64.

Kindly consider that this a request for help in an updating issue related to Mac OS Sierra as you can see from the screenshot (CPU config). The Nvidia problem is a different thing -motivating my update- and not the subject of the request.

Asus P8H61M-LEUSB3, AMI UEFIbios 4601, i5 2400/1155/Nvidia EN210/Sierra 10.12.3
I was using Sierra 10.12.3 with Nvidia driver 367.15.10.35f01 and got on HD screen only one single resolution: 1280*1024 with both...
i did modify to "35" but omitted to adapt the text in the message -sorry for that-; the report of the results still stand, see screenshots: what about the "f01" in 367.15.10.35f0 1 ?
Why this happens? Because the CUDA Framework is prepared to read an specific version of the GPU Drivers, and with the last update, it doesn't recognize the installed version.
How to fix:
- In the desktop, press CMD + SHIFT + G and put this path...
Yes, that's where i found the unique resolution; in the meantime i tried

but this was not succesfull; tomorrow i will give it another try and let you know.

Tks very much: Worked like a charm after some experimenting: shutdown, sleep, ethernet worked out of the box, sound after installing ALC887 & VoodooHD pkg 2.8.8; RAM is 2*2GB, no problem.
When starting-up or after restart i always have to select my start-up disk whether UEFI or MacOSX is first...
