stay away for now if you have nvidia cards, hdmi ports are not working

installed audio kext and trim patch.
Tested with clover boot loader r2652.

GTX 660 + Dell UP2414Q 4K monitor=> Still no luck for me. The monitor is not recognized in MST (DP1.2) mode, so no 60Hz in 1920x1080 HiDPI, alas.

Downloaded the combo, installed, re-applied TRIM and AppleHDA, and everything is working perfectly!

Try forcing HiDPI mode via terminal:

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver DisplayResolutionEnabled -bool YES

Then log in and out.

Anyone know if this works with a Radeon R9 270? I understand that 10.9.3 is supposed to bring full MST support, and I'd love for all three of my displays to light up while running OS X.

After updating I got KP of AppleTyMCEDriver.kext, after replacing this kext with an older one from 10.9.1 KP gone, but I dont know what is this kext for.
Also, now after updating to 10.9.3 I can;t view Extensions loaded from the system information app.
