thanks, for the guide... my audio is working now on 10.7.4 but i think its only 2.1 standard stereo that is working coz when i try to use the spdif (optical cable) there is no sound output. i have 5.1 speaker and only left and right are working.

I tried this according to level5 suggestions on Z77M-D3H with 3570K and ML.
Getting KP 100% of the time.

This is the KP Backtrace:
IOAudioFamily (1.8.9.f9)
with dependency OSvKernDSPLib (1.6)
VoodooHDA(2.7.3)
with dependency IOAudioFamily (1.8.9fc9)
and dependency IOPCIFamily(2.7)

Any ideas for a fix or is there a working solution for the VT2021 and ML?

I have tested your solution on mouintain lion did'nt work :0( Any one have à clue to make it work ? Im à pretty newbey to hackintosh, has one before with icore 3 but now built another one with ga-z77-d3h icore5 3570k hd4000 16 gb ram.

P.S. iam not a pro, but if u correct the OSBundleLibraries Entrys 4 ML......pretty sure that it also work....havent tried it....
