So, my Ventura RC2 install has same 22A380 as this release. Does that mean it's the same, with no changes ?

OTA update after 3 reboots with opencore 0.8.4 it looks working but the battery not changing state when i unplug the power charger

I'm not showing any "update available" in System Prefs running Ventura RC2 so I would say yes.

Update ok so far. X99 Deluxe II with OC 0.8.5.

Update succeeded, but Ethernet 2.5 Gb not working I tried specifying Full-Duplex (not the “flow-control“ one, and not the “energy-efficient-ethernet” one), which used to work under Monterey, but no luck under Ventura.
