For all the Fractal Design Case fanatics

They have a new line up called the Pop Series. I believe they intend the name to mean Popular. You have the option to choose a silent case with solid side panels, no TG ! Even has two 5.25" bays in front. They are not at the top though so that's a compromise. Some are better than none.

Pop Silent

Fractal fuse flair with function in the new Pop series of cases that doesn’t skimp on aesthetics or flexibility. The entire series offers a solid foundation and excellent build quality, giving all users plenty of options and room to maneuver.

The Air versions have mesh in the front and come with RGB fans, primarily for gamers.

I don't think anyone matches the fit and finish of Fractal cases. I haven't bought any of their more recent lines like Meshify, only their Define series, but this Pop series looks interesting. Newegg currently has much lower prices than Amazon. You can always price match if you want to buy at Amazon instead.

Here's a build video (Z690) in the Pop Air case. Looks fantastic.

Want to make your new build with a unique color scheme ? You can do that. These are pre-painted bright colors on the interior. Not my cup of tea, you may feel differently. Fractal is trying to keep everyone happy. Blackout cases can turn into a "black hole" that doesn't let you see anything on the inside. Not a problem with these.

You can even install your Blu-Ray reader writer into the front of the case. How many new cases let you do that ?

Oh how I miss an internal optical drive!
I like the fact that the mATX silent versions only weigh about 13 lbs. When i had a Define R4 ATX case back in 2013, just one side panel weighed about 6 lbs. The whole case weighed 27 lbs ! Once I installed my hardware it was way over 30 lbs. Not fun to move it at all. It was a bit overkill for my needs so I sold it. Most well built case I've ever owned. Just had no reason to install eight 3.5" HDDs.

Ha. That's my current case. Still going strong after, what, 10 years?
