Half way there!, The H310T is proving to be extremely good, I'm not using the RX560 at the moment which free's up the M.2 E key socket. UHD630 looks smooth and sharp on my HDMI only hp 27f, not as good as DP on the 27" Dell, but I'm not planning on using either of those outputs for the build. I'm covering the details of the 'Second Half' on another thread.
I have been reading about GPU patching on Dortania this morning. My H310T has an LVDS and eDP adapter and I'm hoping to integrate it into my iMac mod. According to Dortania page, 02 00 00 00 LVDS and eDP show up in my IO service. One of the reasons I picked this board is that it has the ability...

Bluetooth is working!, happily using my Magic Mouse and some 3rd party wireless keyboard, adding that iMac feel. Total dimensions of this build, from CPU base plate to the top of the Engine 27 is 47mm and 170mm x 170mm, that's a nice form factor and would look nice standing alone on its side, like a Nintendo Wii.
The screen, not sure which direction to take tbh, I have been reading threads on Insanely mac and here searching 'eDP'. I do know the H310T can be switched to AIO chassis in BIOS, enabling the LVDS slot, at 1080 though. Then checking the Pin definition manual, I discovered on the back of the LVDS slot is a 40 pin eDP socket, the same socket as a 27" 2560 x 1440 Apple Thunderbolt Display, there are many on eBay. Another option I was made aware of thanks to trs96, is this 40 pin eDP TO HDMI Adapter, very clever. Which path do I take?.
