Maybe it's just me, but I get the feeling that Apple is not going very fast with replacing all CPU's with Apple Silicon, so far it's just one chip the M1, it seems the have announced an M1X and an M2, but so far nothing, and apparently it's all been postponed.
I tend to think that Apple Silicon still manages too few ports to be used in bigger machines. in the end they have to replace the processors in the mac pro, which support multiple USB ports, PCIe ports, etc etc etc. At this pace it'll be two to three years probably before they can cut all Intel ties.
Hopefully all these delays will prolong our hackintoshing.
