Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

Can anyone explain what is VIN in HWMonitorSMC2?

On my system, it is 2V for some cores. If this is voltage in, then my CPU should be dead in like minutes. But since that has not happened, I'm assuming either the value is wonky or implies something else.

I'm proud to say I followed all the steps now and I was able to dual boot windows following Casey's procedure.
Now I'm having two new questions:
1) Is it possible to install bootcamp drivers (so I can reboote into windows and vice versa without going through opencore, and also so I don't have to constantly reconnect my magic mouse and so I have full compatibility with my apple keyboard?
Bootcamp is meant to allow Windows to run on real Macs. The firmware (BIOS) of a real Mac is not what Windows expects, so Bootcamp is necessary to make the Mac compatible with Windows. Bootcamp also provides drivers for the devices built in to Apple Macs.

But the Vision D/G motherboard is already designed and built for Windows. Windows is the native operating system here. Installing Windows is just a matter of plug-and-play (i.e. create a Windows install USB using Media Creation Tool and boot).

I was able to fix it, rendering time now fastest ever.... from 7 minutes to 2:38 minutes in a Final Cut

now iGPU is visible under Graphics/Display together with Radeon VII and also both card working, tried DP on MB for iGPU and it is working fine.

Hi CaseySJ,

It is not just for radeon VII, before this yesterday I tried with vega 56 and there also I was getting very slow rendering times
Because you're setting Initial Display Output to IGFX, do you have a second monitor connected to one of the on-board video ports?

If not, do you see the Gigabyte Splash Screen and OpenCore Picker during boot?

I meant before I set to igfx with original efi rendering was slow on both cards Vega 56 and Radeon VII

I do not have second monitor and I see gigabyte screen and open core picker even that igfx is primary

Yes that’s right. When 0.6.1 is officially released I’ll update the EFI in the main build guide.
Are there any extra steps or tweaks for 20.2 and 0.6.1?

I tried to create it and saved config.plus using developer 0.6.1 but it would not boot
