What is the exact model of your motherboard? Is it the B365M H? There are numerous models of mATX B365 motherboards from Gigabyte.

The GTX 1650 is not supported on MacOS due to lack of Nvidia drivers.

If you want to run MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 on an i7 9700, it is possible, but you will need a supported discrete graphics card (like a GTX 760 or RX 580) as the CPU integrated graphics is not supported on MacOS Sierra. If you do not want to get a separate graphics card, you should go for Mojave or Catalina as these versions support the CPU integrated graphics.

Either way you will need to remove the GTX 1650 from your system.

I run MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 / High Sierra 10.13.6 / Mojave 10.14.6 on my main system with an i7 9700KF and RX 580.
