hey there! look what i foundI think that's normal because those two Thunderbolt ports are managed by a different USB controller (XHC5), whereas everything else is managed by XHC. Also, I do not believe that it's a USB power issue. Instead, the problem seems to be with the horizontal and vertical sync frequencies being sent to the Apple Cinema Display. This might indicate a problem with the USB-C to DVI adapter or it may require opening System Preferences --> Displays and selecting a different resolution and/or refresh rate.
I think I will try another adapter xD
p.s. after 30minutes of flickering they stop to do that and works fine btw... lol
