Just a quick question:
In zysuper's repo, he mentioned for AppleALC kext, he extracted pinData from Linux and injected into layout 7 config.
Does anyone know why he is doing this step instead of directly using layout 11 or 21? Also, how to extract pinData from Linux?

AppleALC has been working for me for quite a while now and I don't remember if there's any modification to it. I also added in alcid=7 in boot argument, which might make a difference. I included my AppleALC here. 【以及老哥你的CV是真的稳

Thank you for your aid! I have solved the problem by adding layout=21. It seems neither layout=7 nor layout=11 works for my X1E (the sound card stops working unpredictably). My sound card model is Realtek ALC285.

layout=21 seems to work fine. Using layout=7 sometimes the kext would not load (Rarely) but layout=21 seem to be a more stable layout. I will release 1.3 soon.

Anybody can help me with BIOS settings?
I can't star whit installer.
I have some experience with hackintosh. I have tried with different EFI configurations. None works. I think it's a bios problem. I have also tried different combinations of BIOS but none works. Right now I have 1.23.
I need some help with this issue that is driving me crazy.

Does the HDMI output work for you? (Seems not since you are using a USB-C dock)
Any ideas why it is not working? I tried a few framebuffer patches and seems they are not working...

The HDMI is hard wired to NVIDIA graphics card. Therefore, since 1)macOS does not support NVIDIA 2)macOS does not support Optimus so there is absolutely no way to achieve HDMI output using the integrated HDMI port.
