[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

I got everything right on NUC8i5BEH with an M.2 wifi card together with bluetooth. But still have the problem of "green flashing" on start up during the second phase of system loading or hot plug of the HDMI port, but will come to normal after a moment. The usb-c port does not have this problem, however some frame will drop.
I tried all the ig-platform-id of Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 but nothing works, except the mode of flash will change slightly (such as the green turns to black). I'm wondering who is having the same problem and got it solved

P.S. I saw someone is coming across this problem but I didn't see the solution. XD

Are you using the config.plist from Rehabman for after install is complete? In the guide he talks about one for the USB boot drive and then another one once done. All are available for download from his Github pages as a zip file. Typically he would have addressed this in his build if it was an issue, he was still active on the boards at the time your model became available

I used all kexts and his config.plist, once I booted I was able to get 1536 VRAM, but the graphics are very 'spazzy' and glitchy. I can't seem to pinpoint the problem

Hello. I'm currently using a Coffee Lake Intel Nuc. I'm currently digging around forums, but I clicked update to Mojave Version 10.14.4 (I was on 10.14.3), and now my system is having restart loops/not actually installing the OS.

I didn't update any kexts/clovers/etc. before starting this process. I'm currently investigating based on other answers, but I am wondering if there's something obvious that can solve this quick.

EDIT Update: Changing boot option to "Boot macOS" rather than install brings me back into the OS. However, I'm stuck at 10.14.3 and it seems it didn't install the mac update. Do I need to update clover/kexts/etc.?

Also using "stock" BIOS, never updated it.

Update Clover and then proceed with installation, that should do it.

Have you updated Clover and all kexts as available, specifically Whatevergreen and Lilu?

Hello, I am using 0071BIOS and Mojave 10.14.5 and everything is working fine in addition to the shutdown problem. When I shutdown the NUC8i7BEH on macOS, the system will re-start after 1-2 seconds. I have tried the FixShutdown but it still trigger the problem (also enabled Legacy mode). Which is just generated by the install.sh as I remember. And also, I have tested unplug all usb devices (only wifi usb) and disconnect the bluetooth devices (mouse and keyboard) when clicked shutdown, and its still restart after shutdown. By the ways, Thank you for your help!

Have you tried updating Clover and the various kexts available like Lilu, WEG, etc? Are any kexts also installed in the Library/ Extensions (hidden folder you would have to unhide). If after checking out these suggestions with no improvement could you then please post your problem reporting files Rehabman mentions in the beginning of the post?
