At this point since everything is just laying on the bench I'm going to recheck the card begin seated fully. Never feels like a very solid connection after placing the card in its little RF case and screwing down through the motherboard.
I'm going to take it apart tonight and leave the large shroud and backplate off and do some testing.
Other than that, I mainly see posts referring to USB configuration, but seeing that it *did* work, seems odd.
You can tell Asus doesn't really expect the card to be replaced, double face tape is kinda cheap. Meanwhile it didn't work for me for a while until I scewed around with it in Windows. I wish I still had that board so I could try Rehabman's other bluetooth driver I posted as recommenced in the Broadcom Wifi/ Bluetooth thread by Toleda. Sold it so I could get some expansion PCIE slots.
