@flymovies,

you say that your GC-Titan Ridge is in slot-4...

But following your IROEG your NVMe controller is in slot-4...

hmm, that is strange - it is in slot #3. This does not make any sense.

back in a few moments.

as I say.. there does not appear any TB controller in your IOREG

Did I miss something?

I just installed this thing in slot 4, enabled it in BIOS and made the cable connection to the MoBo.

However, I have never implemented TB before in MacOS since I didn't need it.

BTW, setup is correct in BIOS. All cards allocated to where they belong.

Well apparently there are just 3 NVMe controllers:

1.) PC01.BR1A.SL01 (Slot 4)
2.) PC01.BR1B.SL02
3.) PC01.BR1C.SL03

no GC-Titan Ridge nowhere...

Let's see if you are talking about the same Slot-4..

OK, of course I have neglected the small thingies, as they do not count for me, but very good you have sent a pic for clarification :headbang:

Let me rephrase then:

#1 Vega
#2 empty (covered by Vega)
#3 Asus 10GB Ethernet
#4 NVME Hyper x16
#5 emtpy
#6 TB GC Titan Ridge

That sounds more reasonable ;)

o.k. don't be surprised if nearly nothing of your original EFI-Folder remains ...

New EFI-Folder attached below. ;)

Things you still need to do:

1.) Complete again serial, board serial and SmUUID in your config.plist.
2.) Enable the two 1GB Ethernet onboard controllers in your BIOS
3.) Make your GC-Titan Ridge appear under macOS and especially in your IOREG (it should be implemented under PC03.BR3A.SL09 without any TB-SSDT). Did you properly define in your mobo BIOS TB settings that the GC-Titan Ridge is in PCIEX16_4?

In case of any issues I need again an IOREG.save of your system with the new EFI-Folder and a 'PCI' snapshot of Apple's system report.

Today it might be already too late to do anything else.. If you want, we can continue sometimes tomorrow.
