Do not combine with your efi , only use my efi.

I only used urs first then when that didn't change anything but rather made the trackpad non-responsive, i then combined both my original EFI and yours with the same results above. so then I when back to my old EFI so my trackpad would work (still with not gestures )

Hi have a sp513-52 and everything is working perfect except the sound. i have a speakers and internal mic working but the headphones are not ok. as soon as i plug the headphones, the sound immediately became garbage, justo noise coming from it.

i have the all the files attached so you can help me get the sound right.

Look into ALCPlugFix.

send me log by running this command in terminal when using my EFI.here starting time should be after you booted your laptop.

log show --predicate 'process == "kernel"' --start "2017-01-01 00:00:00"

and is your audio and other features are working ?

no audio no battery indicator (no trackpad gestures other then basic physical pushing down on the trackpad(my efi), keyboard works with the backlights volume etc , also i have an external usb dlink wifi adapter that works on my old dell el captain desktop that i was gonna use for wifi but also network setting have nothing aswell

hi, does your laptop model use Realtek ALC 256 Codec?. If it does, then can you please tell me how you made it working because i have the same model and i am unable to make it work.

My laptop has alc295. i'v managed to fixit by changing the pin config of in appleALC with layout 13.
Your laptop must have a different config cause your is a swif 3 and mine a spin 5.

I have solved the delay issue (tapping with two fingers) by disabling smart zoom but dragging has a delay.Can you tell wether it solves delay with dragging?
I have tried the orignal VoodooI2C (not tested for delay) but cursor speed is too slow.Is there a workaround that?

@RehabMan I have solved all issues, everything is working fine but i want to ask that how can make it more stable ,what other patches i have to apply ,how do i know ? Can you guide me?

I have the same problem, when I use the original Voodool2C the cursor speed is too slow and the touchpad stops working after sleep. Have you found a solution ? And wether I use the patched or original version the double tap dragging window have a high delay.
