I had this issue from Sierra, since then i were using el capitan and i had no such issues. but since i wanted to upgrade this time this issue arrived again. i have INTEL HD 4400 and this issue is related to the graphic card that's all i have found from looking at threads over the internet. I have tried lilu, intel graphic fixup and even kext to patch frame buffer method. nothing seems to work. (Note: i am using dell inspiron 3542,can't disable internet graphics because i have no external gpu.

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Also, please fix your profile as written in the FAQ (it seems inaccurate anyway, as you say "INTEL HD 4400" here, but your profile says "intel hd 4000").

there is no error during boot up or any other issue, graphics acceleration works fine as well but when i open this link "https://www.ndtv.com/video/live/channel/ndtv24x7" in safari my whole desktop freezes then i need to do force restart. and it happens with other websites as well where we have some auto start video adds.

Your profile is incomplete... missing screen resolution.
Please fix as per FAQ:

And you forgot to attach problem reporting files. Please read carefully.

Have the same issue Cannot figure out what causes it. But to reproduce: Play a video on youtube and start appstore and do a search and look thru the results

Thankyou i just put whatevergreen and lilu in efi/other and at L/E and it seems that the problem have been fixed. i had tried these kexts before but i had not placed them on L/E, after placing them on both places it seems to work fine.
