When using aDummyHDA.kext, you must boot without caches, rebuild cache, reboot.
It should show in the kextcache log *before* the "KernelCache ID" line.
You may also need FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext.
You should also check that your aDummyHDA.kext is coded for ALC235 and that it uses layout-id=3.
Make sure AppleHDA.kext is valid for the version you're running (best way: run the macOS installer).
