See FAQ regarding Mirone's HDA patcher.

I have been trying to fix it for 2 hours no luck I have added aDummyHDA.kext, CodecCommander.kext to /S/L/E then in clover config injected layout 3, and added kexttopatch entries, I have already patched IRQ and then used layout 3 patch from your repo. am I missing out on something ?

As per FAQ, must boot without caches, rebuild cache, then reboot.

Hey rehabman, now I am confused.

codec_dump show that I have ALC233 but Aida64 shows ALC235 I tried AppleHDA patcher against both ALCs but both won't work

that's how I do it:

I choose the patch in AppleHDA Patcher then I move aDummyHDA.kext to /S/L/E
I add the 4 patches in the generated config.plist to my own
I inject layout 3 (config.plist + DSDT)
I injected IRQ fix in DSDT
aDummyHDA.kext doesn't load in ioreg for some reason.

still no solution.

I have even tried to patch AppleHDA on my own from the beginning still not working.

I changed the patch to ALC235 same issue.

HDAEnabler.kext not recommended. Remove.
aDummyHDA.kext is designed to work with vanilla AppleHDA, but your kextcache shows AppleHDA is patched. Restore AppleHDA.kext to vanilla.

How about now ? no audio still. xD
