No Audio Devices - AppleHDA Realtek Audio

Stuck at step 6 finding CodecDevice with the fix(MultiBeast > Drivers > Audio > RealtekALCxxx >200 / 300 Series /X299 Audio Device ID Patch) installed

3 MultiBeast selections are required, see High Sierra - MultiBeast Audio

Rebuild kextcache, Terminal:

sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

Restart, attach terminal output and new files
