I made a few more edits to your EFI. Please enable your IGPU in BIOS, then try booting with the attached EFI.

Edit:
I just tested and booted with this EFI without issues.

Unfortunately, the monitor I am currently using only supports HDMI. I will be looking at different options.

Also, my VGA Configuration is grayed out and cannot be selected.

I was searching around for the cause of your problem and came across this post. He indicated that the cause of his problem was AppleHDA.kext. You can try to extract a clean AppleHDA.kext from the macOS installer and replace the one on your system now.

Also, the gIOScreenLockState makes me think that something isn't quite right with video. Using HDMI should be fine. I'm also using HDMI with my Elite 8300. I don't know why BIOS is not allowing you to enable the IGPU. That seems very strange.

I don't believe your problem is with your DSDT especially when you say that you do have working audio now.

Again, I was able to boot without any delays using the last EFI that I posted and audio worked for me using your DSDT.aml.

I read that same post and also think it is a video problem. However, video was working prior to trying to enable native audio. Could it be any of the changes you suggested in Chameleon are causing a conflict with the card?

The GT 710 I am currently using is only a temporary measure. Next week I should be receiving an RX 560 video card, although Monday is an Italian holiday here that tends to cause a weeks worth of delays.

I am currently at work and will try to work out how to boot. Worst case scenario, I reinstall and try the EFI which you uploaded again with a verified clean AppleHDA.

Thanks a lot.

The LiluFriend.kext helps Lilu and its plugins load first when they are installed in /Library/Extensions/. This should only help. NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext helps enable HDMI audio and allows the Nvidia web drivers to run as platform binaries which, again, should only help.

In your config.plist, I made a change to the order in your ACPI DSDT renames and tried different nvda_drv=1 and nv_disable=1 settings.

I also replaced OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi with AptioMemoryFix.efi. This will restore native NVRAM for you. I use this on my Elite 8300 and it works fine. Also, I replaced the VboxHfs.efi with HFSPlus.efi which works much better.

So, if you see OsxAptioFix2 during boot, you know you are not booting from the EFI I provided.

One more thing... When you installed your kexts, did you use KextBeast? If not, you may need to rebuild your kext caches.
Code:
sudo kextcache -i /

Yes. I did use kextbeast.

I’ll be testing tonight. Thanks again.

I know that trying to run one of these using VGA doesn't usually work (and is often the source of people having problems with the installation.)

Would one of these:

Alxum Active HDMI to VGA Adapter 1080P Male to Female Converter with Micro USB Power Port for PC/ TV/ Laptop/ NoteBook/ HD DVD in White

allow someone to use a VGA monitor?
I recall that someone using their MSI 710 said that VGA-VGA monitor worked with Sierra with full graphics acceleration. Whether that will work for you I don't know but it's worth a try.

I'm don't need this (my monitors have digital inputs.) I just happened to see it, and thought it might be useful for someone wanting to keep using an older, VGA only monitor. Maybe for $5 someone will be willing to try it?
