How can I alter the drop tables, though? Booting in safe mode won’t work. See photo.

Edit: I can boot to single user. I’ll look at my drop tables.

I just tested booting with the same drop tables you have and there was no delay in booting.

Please attach your EFI folder. I'd like to have a look at your settings.

I checked and I am using OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi

I have no drop tables.

Here is a screenshot of /Library/Extensions.

I will use your EFI and reboot now.

Delete FakeSMC.kext from your /Library/Extension/. You have it in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and that's enough.

I don't think you are booting from the EFI folder I posted. I deleted OsxAptioFix2Drv.

Also, you may want to install LiluFriend.kext since Lilu.kext is in /Library/Extensions/. NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext can also help you.

I cannot boot, no matter what I try. Verbose and single user flags give me the OsxAptio... problem I showed you in the photo and safe mode shows the ghostbusters circle with a line though it.

I made a few more edits to your EFI. Please enable your IGPU in BIOS, then try booting with the attached EFI.

Edit:
I just tested and booted with this EFI without issues.

For me the audio device is not detected. Going to try again tomorrow.
